Ali is a Co-Founder of DamLogics. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. His expertise spans dam engineering, dam safety, and risk assessment. Ali has worked across the public, private, and academic sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the dam safety process, the regulatory landscape, and the day-to-day challenges practitioners face. He brings that practitioner perspective to DamLogics from years of conducting dam safety evaluations, PFMAs, and L2RAs in roles ranging from note-taker to subject matter expert, and has used dam safety risk analysis to manage and prioritize risk across complex portfolios.
