Data Export
To provide its services, DamLogics holds individual account data as well as project data — PFMs, L2RAs, structures, files, and risk analysis, etc. The Organization is the owner and controller for project data.
Individual Account Data Export
You can request an export of your individual account data.
Beta notice: A self-service personal data export feature is planned for general availability. During beta, submit requests via email and we will prepare and deliver your data within 30 days.
What the individual account data export includes
- Account profile: name, email address, account creation date
- OAuth provider identifiers linked to your account
- Organization and project memberships (names and roles)
- Notification history addressed to you
Internal review needed
“OAuth provider identifiers linked to your account” is listed but the exportMyData endpoint does not query the accounts table. OAuth identifiers are not actually included in the export. Either update the code to include them or remove this bullet.
Exporting project data
The Project data — PFMs, L2RAs, structures, files, and risk assessments — can be exported at any time by the project administrator/notetaker within the platform using the built-in Excel and Word export features without needing to contact us.
- Project Details → Export to Word (can select various content within the project details for export)
- PFMA → Export to Excel (includes all PFMs, structures, loading conditions, failure mechanisms, screening category, etc.)
- L2RA → Export to Word and regulatory table template (Detail PFM table and risk consensus, etc.)
- Risk → Export to Excel (includes all PFMs with risk estimate, risk categories and confidence levels)
Internal review needed
“Risk → Export to Excel (includes all PFMs with risk estimate...)” — the term “risk estimate” suggests a single computed value. The actual export includes FL/LS/EC categories, category ranges, and confidence levels. There is no computed risk estimate column.
Submit a request
Email us at privacy@damlogics.com with the subject "Personal Data Export Request". Include the email address associated with your account.
Identity verification
We will verify your identity within 2 business days to ensure the export is delivered only to you.
Delivery
Your personal account data will be compiled into a machine-readable format (JSON) and delivered securely within 30 days of verification.
